Terms and Condition

1. By entering the competition entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.
2. This competition is open to all registered delegates, except the employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Sasfin Asset Managers Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Sasfin”) and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, as well as the immediate family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organizations and persons.
3. To stand a chance of winning one of the prizes and to qualify for the draw, you must enter your details at the Sasfin promotional stand between Monday, 7 October 2024 to 8 October 2024.
4. Entrants will only be permitted to enter once.
5. The competition will commence on 07 October 2024 and will run until 8 October 2024 (from 08:00 to 17:00) or earlier as determined by Safin in its sole discretion. No late entries will be accepted.
6. A winner will be drawn at the end of the conference by random draw. The winners will be announced at the Sasfin promotional stand at a time to be determined.
7. Sasfin will make all reasonable attempts to locate the winner or winners but if any winner cannot be located within 10 minutes of the draw, then Sasfin reserves the right to draw a new winner. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that they are physically present for the draw.
8. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value or transferred. The prize excludes any other expenses incurred by the entrant when participating in this competition.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Sasfin may choose to publish the names of the winners of the competition.
11. By providing Sasfin with their personal details, entrants are providing their voluntary and informed consent for Sasfin Wealth to contact you in the future, for the purposes of marketing our services. You will have the ability to opt out of any future communication at any time.
12. Entrants' personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and for providing you with information relating to Sasfin’s business offerings. Sasfin will process personal data in accordance with our privacy and cookie notice, which is available here.
13. Sasfin reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its control.
