Terms and Condition

1. By entering the competition entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.
2. This competition is open to all registered gold day players.
3. To stand a chance of winning a prize and to qualify for the draw, you must enter your details at the Sasfin Asset Managers promotional stand on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.
4. Sasfin Asset Managers reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with a prize of a similar value(s).
5. Entrants will only be permitted to enter once.
6. A winner will be drawn at the end of the tournament. The winners will be announced at the Sasfin Asset Managers promotional stand at a time to be determined.
7. Sasfin will make all reasonable attempts to locate the winner(s), but if any winner(s) cannot be located within 10 minutes of the draw, then Sasfin Asset Managers reserves the right to draw a new winner(s). It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that they are physically present for the draw.
8. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value or transferred. The prize excludes any other expenses incurred by the entrant when participating in this competition.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Sasfin Asset Managers may choose to publish the names of the winner(s) of the competition.
11. Entrants' personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and for providing you with information relating to Sasfin Asset Managers business offerings. You will have the ability to opt out of any future communication at any time.
12. Sasfin Asset Managers reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
